Review: Fr. Strickland’s “Age of Nihilism”

Fr. Strickland’s work “The Age of Nihilism” is important in the overall discussion of how we got where we are in the division of Christianity and the history that followed. This book as a closure to his series is an opener to finding humanity in all our modernism. Hopefully we’ll be able to start conversing together again in a way which will reflect the Light of Christ in all of us. I really enjoyed this book, including its aspects of discussion through art and musical history as symptoms of the spiritual journey our people are taking. I highly encourage folks to use this reading as part of a better rounded education of today’s battlefield. I feel grateful to have had the space with my family to discuss many of the book’s points and I certainly enjoyed it as part of my vacation reading this year. Merry Christmas everyone!
